Telaarn got searched, and neither parent had been asked. So, K'laarn and Telinda have words with each other and then with candidate Telaarn. After, K'laarn tells Telinda he lied about his relationship with Shasta. But is it the truth, or a mechanism to try and win her back?
Telinda and L'mir talk about the past, her relationship with K'laarn, and she gets a foot massage.
L'mir and Telinda chat, and feelings intensify.
It's survivor night on Pern! V'tali, M'cho (NPC), K'laarn, K'yae (NPC), D'ner (NPC) and N'all send their dragons after Tiarnath. Brielth survives the tribal council and wins the million dollar prize once more.

It's a bad fall when the Weyrwoman comes out of *between* and gets hit by another clump of Thread other than the one she was trying to avoid. Telinda and Tiarnath end up injured. Tiarnath a score down her shoulder, Telinda one down her hip.
Verina attempts to alleviate Telinda's boredom with a game of snap, and then L'mir decides to visit.
Telinda's allowed to leave the infirmary, once she's had her physical.
L'mir wanders into the Weyrhall, and Telinda's not happy for some reason.
